CoPilot – Hi-Resolution Printer
The CoPilot uses proven Xaar piezo technology resulting in razor-sharp prints. Marks up to .7” of hi-resolution characters, text, scannable barcodes, and great looking logos at 185 dpi.
CoPilot Flex –Hi-Resolution Printer
The CoPilot Flex uses proven Xaar piezo technology. This printer is solvent-based for a variety of applications such as pulp, PET, foam egg cartons, glossy or uncoated cases, and more. Prints up to .7” characters as 185 dpi.
CoPilot 128 – Hi-Resolution Printer
The CoPilot 128 uses proven Xaar piezo technology resulting in razor-sharp print, available in either oil-based for porous applications or solvent-based for non-porous applications. Prints up to .7” characters at 185 dpi.
CoPilot 256 – Hi-Resolution Printer
The CoPilot 256 uses proven Xaar piezo technology and is available in either oil-based for porous applications or solvent-based for non-porous applications. Prints up to 1.4” of hi-resolution characters at 185 dpi from a single print head.
CoPilot 500 – Hi-Resolution Printer
The CoPilot 500 runs up to two 2.8″ print heads from a single controller. Print up to 5.6″ of hi-resolution characters, razor-sharp text, scannable bar codes, and great looking logos at 180 dpi per print head.
CoPilot Max 512i – Hi-Resolution Printer
The CoPilot Max 512i runs up to two 2.8″ printheads from a single controller. Prints hi-resolution characters, razor-sharp text, scannable barcodes, and great looking logos at 180 dpi and 480 ft/min.
CoPilot Max – Hi-Resolution Printer
The CoPilot Max runs up to two 2.8″ printheads from a single controller. Prints hi-resolution characters and graphics at 360 dpi. For applications that require immediate dry times on non-porous surfaces, this printer has the capability to run UV LED curable inks.
CoPilot Gemini – Hi-Resolution Printer
The Gemini utilizes Piezo impulse printhead technology. Prints up to 5.6” characters and graphics at 360 dpi on porous or non-porous surfaces. Excellent option for label replacement.
CoPIlot Max LT – Hi-Resolution Printer
This printer has an unprecedented 10-12mm throw distance and the ability to run up to 440 fpm at 150 horizontal dpi, or up to 220 fpm at 300 horizontal dpi. Prints up to 2.8” per printhead with the ability to run up to 2 printheads from one controller.
